RUSSELL EDEAL, PRESIDENT

Russ lives in Loomis and is married to Kay. They have three children: David, Mary, and Stuart. He has lived in the Holdrege area since 1962.

Russ farms and is an independent business owner. In his spare time, he enjoys sports.

In addition to the TCC, Russ has also served or is serving on the following boards: C of C, Phelps County Community Foundation Board, Bethel Church Council, Tri-Basin/NRD Board, State NARD President, and the Phelps Memorial Hospital Board.

SYLVIA PERSON VICE PRESIDENT

Sylvia Person, a native of Holdrege, is involved in many educational, civic, and cultural aspects of the Holdrege community.
A 1968 graduate of the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, she taught art in the Holdrege schools for two years. While raising three children as a stay-at-home mom, she became active in many activities as a community volunteer.

In 1989, she completed an Endorsement in Educational Media, and started work as the Media Specialist at the Holdrege Middle School.

Professional activities include Nebraska Library Commission Advisory Board, Nebraska Educational Media Association, Nebraska Educational Technology Association, Holdrege Education Association, as well as chair of several school district committees. She serves on the faculty for the Summer Honors Program for the Educational Service Unit #11 and was the coordinator for a student trip to Brazil.

Her past and present community service activities include serving as president of the Holdrege Centennial Celebration in 1983, steering committee member and chairman for the bond issue for building of the new Holdrege Middle School, president of the Holdrege Community Concert Association, executive director of the Golden Plains Council of Camp Fire, Blue Bird and Camp Fire leader, Cub Scout leader, junior choir director, and member of Phelps County Community Foundation, Phelps Memorial Health Center Service League, Advisory Council for the Lied Fine Arts Performance Center at the University of Nebraska, Bethel Lutheran Church, PEO, BPW, AAUW, and other civic, church, and social organizations.

RACHEL MORGAN, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Rachel and her husband Jeff have lived in Holdege for four years. The couple have two children, Elijah and Avalon. Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts from Peru State College in 2000 and while in school performed in many vocal ensembles, all three choirs and became involved in many drama productions.

After graduation, she taught music in the public school system before working in an office setting. Rachel took over as Executive Director in October of 2006.

MARLENE JOHNSON, TREASURER
Marlene is involved in many organizations such as National Association of Tax payers, Business and Professional Women, National Association of Independent Accountant's, and also Bethel Luthern Church, financial secretary, and Stephen Minister.

MARTY CARLSON

Marty has lived in Phelps County her whole life and is married to Stan. They have a son Randy, and is married with two children. She is now retired, but worked as an Registered Nurse.
Marty is a CPR instructor, Secretary of Community Care Committee at Bethel Lutheran Church. She is also a past Sunday School Teacher and also was Secretary of the American Heart Association. She is a member of the Garden Club and past president.
She enjoys gardening and growing flowers, playing golf and is a member of Ladies Golf Assoc.

Wes is the pastor of the Oxford Evangelical Free Church. He is married to Christa and has one son, Blake. He has lived in the Holdrege area for over 20 years.

In addition to the TCC, Wes is also on the Camp Joy Board (by Harlan County Reservoir).

JERRIE QUINCY

Jerrie Quincy has been in the Holdrege area for 27 years. She is married to Dr. Wayne Quincy and is the mother of Ryan, Jay, and, David Quincy.

Jerrie is a piano teacher in her home studio. She also serves as organist and director of choirs at First Presbyterian in Holdrege.

Scott is currently the Activities Director at Holdrege Public Schools.

Cinde is currently Superintendent with the Holdrege Public Schools. And is now living in Holdrege.

In the past years she attended UNK with Ed.S in School Administration, Ed.S in School Psychology, and A B.S. from UNL.

Cinde and her husband have two children, Jill who is married to Justin Lavene, who have a daughter Ava, and Joe Wendell who married Hannah Anderson.

She is very active in organizations and community services such as Alpha Delta Kappa, Rotary-Holdrege, PEO, Nebraska Schoolmasters Club, Nebraska Council of School Administrators, American Association of School Administrators, and also a Chamber member, and the Nebraska Assoc. of School boards.
